Clean Energy Capability

Project Management

Delivering through structure, agility and collaboration.

What we do

Manage complex clean energy programs with PMO discipline, agile or hybrid methods, stakeholder engagement and consortium coordination.

Clean energy programs bring together engineering, finance, permitting, suppliers, public stakeholders and commercial partners. We create the governance, planning and communication structure that keeps those parties aligned — and adapt the delivery model when circumstances change.

Our role is to create enough clarity for decision makers to commit resources, align stakeholders and move the project into its next stage with a stronger evidence base.

Service scope

Focused support for complex clean energy decisions.

Project Management Office (PMO)

Provide experienced PMO resources or help establish an internal PMO with the right tools and governance.

Agile, Classic and Hybrid Approaches

Select and tailor the delivery framework to the project, organization and maturity of the work.

Consortium & Stakeholder Management

Build trust, clarify common goals and manage diverse priorities across long-term partnerships.
